Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — 100% Free Shipping on all orders. We offer complimentary shipping on every order with no minimum purchase required. No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders are delivered to US addresses exclusively.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

14-DAY RETURNS

Can I return a custom or personalised order?

Custom and personalised leather orders are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives defective or damaged. If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please email us at support@theleathersministry.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process within 1–2 business days.

Orders
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly after they are placed. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at support@theleathersministry.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order enters production or dispatch.

How will I know my order has been confirmed?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and a summary of your purchase. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Do you sell outside the USA?

At this time, we sell and ship within the United States only. We are unable to accept or fulfil orders to international addresses. We hope to expand our reach in the future.

Products
What type of leather do you use?

We use premium quality genuine leather in all of our products. Each piece is crafted with careful attention to material quality, durability, and finish. Product descriptions on each listing include specific material details.

Will the colour look exactly like the photos?

We make every effort to photograph our products accurately. However, slight colour variations may occur due to your device's screen calibration and display settings. Natural leather may also have subtle grain and tone variations — this is a characteristic of genuine leather, not a defect.

Do you offer custom or personalised leather products?

Yes. We offer custom and personalised leather orders. Please note that custom orders require 3–5 business days for handling before dispatch, and cannot be returned once production has started unless the item arrives defective.

Billing & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including:

  • Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Stripe-processed card payments

All transactions are SSL-encrypted and PCI-compliant. We do not store your full card details.

When will my card be charged?

Payment is collected at the time of order placement. All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank will apply their exchange rate — we are not responsible for any foreign transaction fees.

My payment was declined — what should I do?

If your payment is declined, please verify that your card details, billing address, and CVV are entered correctly. Some banks may block online transactions — contact your bank to authorise the payment. You may also try an alternative payment method. If the problem continues, contact us at support@theleathersministry.com.
