Welcome to The Leathers Ministry. By visiting theleathersministry.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. GENERAL
The Site is operated by The Leathers Ministry. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to The Leathers Ministry. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Site with the permission of a parent or guardian.

2. PRODUCTS
We make every effort to show our products, colors and details as accurately as possible. Because our jackets are made from genuine leather, each piece may have small natural variations in grain, texture and color. These are part of the character of real leather and are not defects. Colors may also look slightly different depending on your screen.

3. SIZING
Please check our Size Guide before ordering. If you are unsure about your size, contact us and we will help you choose.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

5. ORDERS
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only, and standard shipping is free. Processing and delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Full details are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to The Leathers Ministry and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security, or to submit false information.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Leathers Ministry is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of  Florida, United States.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.
